Travel Turkey : Modern Turkey is country of 780,576 square kilometres, somewhat larger than the state of Texas or France and Great Britain combined. It is bordered by the Mediterranean, Aegean, Black Sea, by Greece, Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, Nahcivan, Iran, Iraq and Syria about three percent of country in Europe. South and east Dardanelles, The Sea of Marmara and Bosphorus stretches the peninsula known as Asia Minor or Anatolia. Eight thousand two hundred ten kilometres of its border are shores lined with fertile plains: these rise quickly to high, dry, central plataue where nineteen mountains incluiding Mt. Ararat, over 3500 meters high. The country has three main temparete climates: Mediterranean in the south, Black Sea in the north and steppe throughout most of Anatolia.There are four naturel lakes: Van, Tuz, Beysehir, Egirdir. Two large man - made lakes on Euphrates River back up behind the Keban and Ataturk dams. A number of its rivers well known in antiquity Euphrates, Tigris, Halys, Araxes, Sangarius, Meander and Pyramus.
The capital of Turkey Ankara located in Central Anatolia.In 1950 the population is numbered about 20 million: by the turn of century it is estimated that the population will be 70 million. More than fifty percent of the lobar force is engaged in agriculture. The main cash crops include tobacco (Turkey is the world's sixth largest producer) cereals, cotton, olive oil, mohair, wool, silk, figs, raisins, nuts, fruits, opium, gum and sugar. Antimony, borate, copper and chrome are minded in sufficient quantities to be exported. In recent years a number of industries have become important in the national economy. These include food and beverages, clothing and cloth manufacture, chemicals, ceramics and motor vehicles.

Tour Plan : (10 Days)

Day 1:
Arrival to Istanbul Air port. Transfer to hotel in Istanbul.

           Day 2:
           •Depart for city tour in old part of Istanbul.
           •Visit Blue Mosque,
           •Hippodrome,
           •Obelisk,
           •Hagia Sophia,
           •Topkapi Palace,
           •Grand Bazaar.
           •Overnight in Istanbul.

           Day 3:
           •Take an early flight to Izmir.
           •Visit Ephesus Ancient City,
           •House of Virgin Mary,
           •Temple of Artemis.
           •Overnight in Kusadasi.

           Day 4:
           •Drive to Fethiye.
           •On the way visit Saklikent Canyon.
           •Overnight in Fethiye.

           Day 5:
           •Transfer to hotel to the Fethiye Marina. We depart the Fethiye Marina around 10.00am sharp and cruise            along to, Oludeniz (Europe's most beautiful beach of 1995) and Butterfly Valley to see St. Nicholas Island for            snorkeling and water sports. Overnight is spent here.

           Day 6:
           •We sail east, stopping in Kalkan, Kas and Limangazi Bays along the way. Our hardest desicion today will be            whether we swim, partake in water sports or just laze on deck soaking up some rays.

           Day 7:
           •Today we visit the sunken city of Kekova, the Castle Cinema and Disco Island. This evening we anchor along            the Turquoise coast.

           Day 8:
           •Yet another day of sailing awaits as we visit a Private Cave, Camlica Bay and we disembark after lunch transfer            to hotel in Antalya and overnight in Antalya.

           Day 9:
           •Visit Aspendos,
           •Perge,
           •Kursunlu Waterfall.Transfer to Antalya Airport to catch the flight to Istanbul
           •Overnight in Istanbul.

           Day 10:
           Transfer from Hotel to Istanbul Airport or Hotel.
           End of our service.

           Itinerary :
          The itinerary will be followed as closely as possible. Celsus Travel reserves the right to make adjustments or           changes based on unexpected unsafe conditions, safety problems, health or weather hazards which may be           encountered on our trip.

           How to make a reservation :
            A 10% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

           Payment :
            Full payment for each trip is due 6 weeks before departure.

           Cancellations :
            If you wish or must cancel your trip the following cancellation fees apply :
            One month or more before departure, 100% of fees not paid to hotels, airfares or transport will be refunded minus the deposit. Within 1 month to 1 week 60% refunded minus the deposit and minus any fees paid out in advance. Within one week, there is no refund.

           Travel and cancellation insurance :
            Celsus Travel highly recommends purchase to protect you from trip cancellation costs if a medical emergency occurs.
