Two large man - made lakes on Euphrates River back up behind the Keban and Ataturk dams. A number of its rivers well known in antiquity Euphrates, Tigris, Halys, Araxes, Sangarius, Meander and Pyramus.
The capital of Turkey Ankara located in Central Anatolia. In 1950 the population is numbered about 20 million: by the turn of century it is estimated that the population will be 70 million. More than fifty percent of the lobar force is engaged in agriculture. The main cash crops include tobacco (Turkey is the world's sixth largest producer) cereals, cotton, olive oil, mohair, wool, silk, figs, raisins, nuts, fruits, opium, gum and sugar. Antimony, borate, copper and chrome are minded in sufficient quantities to be exported. In recent years a number of industries have become important in the national economy. These include food and beverages, clothing and cloth manufacture, chemicals, ceramics and motor vehicles.

Day 3 - Istanbul :
• We will take Bosphorus trip.
• The tour starts with a visit to the exotic and aromatic Egyptian Spice Market.
• Continue over the Galata Bridge and the Golden horn.
• We will visit the "Selamlik" chambers of the incredible 19th Century Dolmabahce Palace.
• We continue up the Bosphorus and cross over to Asia to Camlica Hill for a view of Istanbul.
• The Bosphorus cruise begins in the afternoon (ferry). We pass by the Rumeli Fortress and you will enjoy
crossing from continent to continent travelling down the Bosporus, which is lined with old Ottoman
seaside mansions, marble palaces and small fishing villages.

Day 4 - Istanbul & Cappadocia :
• Check out from hotel, flight to Kayseri.
• We will spend the morning in the Goreme Open Air Museum.
• Zelve.
• Devrent Valley.
• Pasabaglari.
• Avanos-world famous pottery centre.
• Stop at the Uchisar Castle.
• Evening at caravansary to see a Whirling Dervish ceremony. (Optional)
• Overnight in Cappadocia
Day 5 - Cappadocia :
• Breakfast in a village house with Turkish Style breakfast.
• Walk around the RED VALLEY.
• Lunch in the village.
• Under ground city of DERINKUYU.
• We can stop at the carpet cooperative where people from the village make carpets.

Day 6 - Cappadocia-Izmir-Kusadasi :
• Check out from hotel.
• Drive to Kayseri take a morning flight to Izmir.
• Visit Bergama and Asklepion.
• Overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 7 - Kusadasi Ephesus :
• Visit the Famous Ancient City of Ephesus.

The itinerary will be followed as closely as possible. Celsus Travel reserves the right to make adjustments or changes based on unexpected unsafe conditions, safety problems, health or weather hazards which may be encountered on our trip.
How to make a reservation :
A 10% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Payment :
Full payment for each trip is due 6 weeks before departure.
Cancellations :
If you wish or must cancel your trip the following cancellation fees apply :
One month or more before departure, 100% of fees not paid to hotels, airfares or transport will be refunded minus the deposit. Within 1 month to 1 week 60% refunded minus the deposit and minus any fees paid out in advance. Within one week, there is no refund.
